Products must be returned within 30 days and must be new/unused and able to be resold to be valid for credit. 

Returned merchandise must have prior authorization and may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Returned merchandise without prior authorization and/or returned after 30 days will be refused and/or subject to a restocking charge of 30%. 

Timing belts are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must have prior authorization. All returned merchandise without prior authorization and/or returned after 30 days will be refused and/or subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Serpentine, Variable Speed, and Kevlar Belts are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must have prior authorization. All returned merchandise without prior authorization and/or returned after 30 days will be refused and/or subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

Other than warranty product, the customer will be responsible for inbound and outbound freight. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
