Made by the Avor Victory Glass Company of Jeanette PA, this is a pressed glass candy container made in the shape of the famous Spirit Of Saint Louis airplane commemorating the 1928 transatlantic flight made by Charles A. Lindbergh. It is made of clear glass with painted wings and pilot. The words "SPIRIT OF GOODWILL" are formed in raised letters on one side. The screw-on nose piece is made of tin painted red and originally had a revolving propeller that is missing. Under the right wing it is embossed "U.S.A. 5/8 oz. AVOR.". It measures 4 3/4" long (without propeller) x 3 3/4" wide x 2 3/4" tall.  The silver paint on the wings is flaking off in some areas. There are no chips or cracks in the glass.
