Returns
If you wish to return something please contact us first so we can send you a Return Authorisation Label.
Items must be returned unopened in original condition with no evidence of tampering or damage. (Return postage cost is paid by the buyer).
Items are to be returned within 30 days. Refunds will be given as money back or an exchange where practical. Used items are sold "AS IS" and are non returnable. All used items are cleaned, checked and tested to ensure they will play.
Shipping in Australia
Our system automatically uses the Shipping address from your PayPal account. Please make sure it is correct. If you'd like it sent to a different address please advise once you have paid for the item so we can adjust our database accordingly.
95% of items are Shipped Free in Oz. If you purchase 2 or more items they will most likely be sent separately as the postage cost for anything over 500 grams is VERY expensive.
We do recommend Registered Post as you can track your order. This costs $3.50 extra. Please choose this option when you pay at the checkout.
About Our Stock
We sell New, Out of Print, Deleted and Used stock. All items are genuine. We DO NOT sell copies or fakes.
Since many items are no longer sealed by Distributors any item you buy from our Store will be shrink-wrapped or have a security seal attached before we send them out to you. This applies to ALL New and Used items. Since only sealed items can be returned for a refund this will allow you to return the item still sealed.
Compact Disc and DVD Blu-ray Region Coding Information
Music CD's are not region coded and will play anywhere in the world.
99% of our DVD stock is Region 4. Please check before you purchase that you have a capable player.
DVD Zones
REGION 1 - USA, Canada
REGION 2 - Japan, Europe, South Africa, Middle East, Greenland
REGION 3 – South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Parts of South East Asia
REGION 4 - Australia, New Zealand, Latin America (including Mexico)
REGION 5 - Eastern Europe, Russia, India, Africa
REGION 6 - China
REGION 7 - Reserved for Unspecified Special Use
REGION 8 - Reserved for Cruise Ships, Airlines, etc...
REGION 0 or REGION ALL – These discs are un-coded and can be played Worldwide.
PAL discs must be played in a PAL - compatible unit and NTSC discs must be played in an NTSC - compatible unit.
Blu-ray Zones
Region A: This region covers all of North America, South America and South East Asia.
Region B: This encompasses Australia, Europe, Africa, Middle East, French territories and Greenland.
Region C: This region covers the rest of the world including Russia, Asia, and China.
