Terms & Condition:

-          Images included are of the actual product you will receive, use them to see what is included and judge the condition. In multiple product listings all copies will be in almost identical condition. Please read the description for any details.

-          If DLC is included it may have already been redeemed. If redeemed it may or may not be redeemable again. This includes any one time use access codes that come with the game.

-          If you have any questions about a product or order please message us and you will receive a quick response.

Shipping:

-          Free shipping will usually be by Canada Post letter mail within Canada and Light Packet USA to the USA. The shipping estimate of 15 business days is longest anything should take to arrive. In 98% of cases your order will arrive much sooner. Shipping is from White Rock British Columbia Canada, the closer you live the quicker your order will arrive.

-          Calculated shipping cost is the exact cost based on the size and weight of your order. You will receive the shipping method you pay for, Expedited parcel, Xpress Post, Tracked Packet USA, Expedited Parcel USA etc. Tracking is included for all these methods.

-          Orders are shipped every day. In most cases if you place your order before noon PST we will get your order out the same day. If it is later it will be shipped the next day. Your order will be marked as shipped after it is ready to ship which means it will be taken to the post office within 24 hours or if updated on the weekend on Monday. Any orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.

-          Please check that you have the correct ship to address when ordering. If you do not and your order is returned to us you will be responsible for the shipping charges to have it re-shipped even if the product originally included free shipping.

Payment & Sales Tax:

We only accept payments via paypal.  We are a registered Canadian business; sales tax is applicable to all Canadian orders. PST, GST, or HST will be applied to each Canadian order during the checkout process.

Returns:

-          Returns are accepted within 14 days; you will either receive a refund or credit to our store, your choice. Products must be returned in the same condition, this means any “new” or sealed products cannot be returned if opened. You are responsible for the return costs

-          If you notice any errors or missing information in our listings please feel free to ask for clarification, due to ebays listing system sometimes incorrect titles can be used. If you see the title is different than the photo of the product you will be receiving what the photo of the product is.
