Ring Sizing

We always recommend visiting a local jeweler to be sized for same band types in similar widths.

Comfort fit bands are domed (rounded) on the inside. These bands commonly use more material than standard fit bands. The domed shape allows the ring to be worn very comfortably as opposed to standard fit bands with flat interiors that often pinch or irritate the skin.

How do I find my size?
There is no way for us to size someone over the internet and we do not recommend ‘self-sizing’ at home. As always, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to be sized for comfort fit bands in the same width. The average ring size for men is size 10 and the average for women is size 7. All buyers are responsible for their own ring size selection. Some of the following techniques are not guaranteed to be accurate ways of sizing, but they are common methods used when ordering online.

Again, we always recommend visiting a local jeweler to try on ‘Comfort Fit’ bands in the ‘Same Width’ you are planning to order.  There is no accurate way to be sized online and we do not recommend self-sizing at home. Please know your ring size before purchasing as all rings are checked for accuracy prior to shipping. However, if the wrong size was selected, it may be exchanged for different size upon request. Please note, all returns/exchanges are subject to terms of listing (please refer to Returns/Exchange tab for more information).

Payment:

PayPal is the only form of payment accepted. Payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase or winning bid. If you have any requests please contact us via eBay messages before checkout.

Shipping:

Most Items purchased on a business day before 1pm PST are shipped the same day. All purchases are shipped within 24 hours or next business day via United States Postal Service. Items will be shipped to the buyer's confirmed PayPal address. Please make sure your address is up to date before purchasing any items. Combined shipping is not available for this item.

International Shipments are shipped within 24 hours of payment and take approximately 9-15 business days to arrive. This does NOT include any delays caused by foreign customs or delivery couriers. Please be patient as we cannot control these factors after the item is shipped. Also be sure both PayPal and eBay addresses are current before purchasing and include your phone number as this is necessary for international shipments.

Returns & Exchanges:

Are accepted within 14 days. Returns must be received in new unused condition with original packaging and all accessories to qualify for a refund. Refund does not include original shipping cost (our cost to ship). Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless we are at fault. A 15% restocking fee may apply to any opened or used items. Items found to be D.O.A. or defective can be exchanged for a new replacement. Please contact us for return/exchange instructions before sending any item.

Size Exchanges (Domestic):
We do not charge for first domestic exchanges (one per household). Each additional exchange incurs $3.00 charge to be applied towards shipping of new item via USPS with tracking/delivery confirmation. Any price difference of item will be credited or billed to original payment. When applicable, outstanding balances are due prior to new item shipping. Please note, tungsten jewelry cannot be resized due to type of metal and must be replaced with a new ring. Please contact us before sending any item; otherwise your exchange will not be processed.

Size Exchanges (International):
All international exchanges require international shipping cost to be remitted prior to the new item shipping. Shipping method may be upgraded upon request. Any price difference for exchange will be credited or billed upon processing of the exchange. Outstanding balances, including shipping, must be remitted prior to the exchange shipping. Please contact us for necessary instructions before sending any item. Otherwise, your exchange will not be processed.

IMPORTANT: Rings shipped in a letter envelope with 1 stamp is NOT sufficient to cover the cost of postage since USPS classifies these under the parcel rate due to the thickness of the ring. In addition, rings sent in a letter envelope will not feed through post office sorting machines and can lead to damage or lost ring. It is recommended to ship from your local post office using a padded mailer or simply use the original packaging it arrived in. Adding tracking to shipment is highly recommended, but not required. Please DO NOT attempt to ship via UPS or FedEx as they will not deliver to PO boxes. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
