Best applied to white or light colored polish. Any white part of the design will show through clear on nail. (Decals are printed on clear film, there is no white ink) Can be used on both natural or artificial nails.

Instructions: 

1.Apply desired color polish to nail. Allow polish to dry. 
2. cut out and trim decal to fit nail. close (but not too close) around edges. 
3. Soak decal in water for aprox 5-10 seconds. 
4. Take decal out of water (tweezers are helpful) 
5. Slide design off the paper and place on nail in desired position.
6. Dry any access water from nail. 
7. Apply Clear top coat to seal decal on nail.
