All returns must be notified within 30 days of purchase. Any returns after this will not be entitled to a refund. Please return the goods in their original packaging.

Refunds:

Customers will be refunded for the original amount. This excludes any Express, next day or International deliveries. Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.

Exchange:

Our advice would be to purchase the size required and return the inappropriate size to us as we do not offer exchanges. We will issue a refund once we receive the undesired pair.

Faulty Goods:

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect order, we will refund the full amount including the return postage. Unfortunately, we do not refund any goods that are worn. You will not be entitled to a refund if the goods have been damaged after wear. A refund can only be applied once the goods have been returned to us.

Dispatch time is 1 working day. For example if an item is paid for on Monday, the dispatch day will be Tuesday but if an item is paid for on Friday, Saturday or Sunday the dispatch day will be Monday

Standard day delivery items are normally delivered 3-5 working days after dispatch

Express or Next day delivery item is dispatched on the same day as long as the order is received on a week day before 2pm. Any Next Day or Express orders received after will be processed the next working day. However, depending on the location, Royal Mail may deliver the item a day after

Please note that Bank holidays are classed as non-working days. If there is a bank holiday within your delivery dates then please add an extra day to your delivery.

All items are sent as tracked and therefore have a tracking number.

If an item is being held at a Royal mail sorting office, the customer should contact their sorting office themselves giving them the tracking number. The contact details can be found on Royal Mail Website. We cannot be held responsible if Royal Mail have not delivered your item. However if the item is not at Royal Mail sorting office then the customer should contact us for a refund.
