The 301125 is a 12 inch dual band magnet antenna with SMA connectors. It uses the same connectors as the antenna 301126. The difference between them is the height of the antenna. The 301125 is a 12" and the 301126 is a 4". Metal ground plane required (Minimum 3.5").
