For sale here is a good looking US WW2 NOK Type Dog Tag.  The tag is named to James Kytle Williams.  There is an address and it also lists the University of Florida.  Some research shows that Williams was an Infantry Officer during WW1.  I am unsure of the significance of the key.  This will make an interesting research project.
