We follow the standard business practices of the Flute Industry and allow a 3 day in home with teacher or technician, review period from date of receipt

Toot and evaluate the flute head joint
Do not make any modifications.
Once anyone outside of Winds101 has modified this head joint we will not accept a return
If you are not happy you may return it to us. Buyer pays shipping and handling both ways unless we ship the wrong item.
We do not guarantee this will fit your Flute.
You may need to take this head joint and your flute to a qualified technician for proper fitting
Under no circumstance shall Winds101 be held accountable for work performed by anyone outside of Winds101 Company.
