I am selling a beautiful Mint new unused Marlen Inca Cuzco mottled deep green resin with antiqued hand-worked sterling silver trim fountain pen. It has a Medium two-tone 18ct gold (partially rhodium-plated) nib. Screw on cap. Piston filler, with piston accessible under the blind cap at the bottom end of the pen. Mint without box and papers. Marlen pens are hand-made in the Naples region of Italy, and are known the world over for their distinctive designs, and use of diverse materials. This pen features Marlen's focus on harmonious and aesthetic design. The pen is part of the Inca series, released circa 1998/1999, which celebrates the Inca civilisation. Named after the "capital" of the ancient Inca empire, Cuzco, it is characterised by its very beautiful mottled resin, elegant shape, and antiqued sterling silver bands/trim. Marlen's Inca motif adorns the sterling silver clip. Overall the antiqued silver work has a beautiful patina. New old stock, with a very nice 18ct gold nib. A gorgeous pen from this talented and innovative pen manufacturer. Australian RRP was $795
