Items may be returned unused and unopened and in resalable condition within the time alloted by Ebay for a full refund minus shipping and ebay fees. Items that have free shipping will have the actual shipping fee deducted from the total purchase amount. If you need to return an item for any reason, an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number will be needed before the item is returned. Contact us to request an RMA Number.
When requesting an RMA we will need the purchase date, your name and the reason for the return in order to process the RMA. Once you have your RMA number, please repack the item with all parts and accessories that were included with the item as well as original packaging and all literature and paperwork and ship it freight prepaid to the address that we will provide to you. Please write the RMA Number on the outside of the box.
Diagnostic equipment (electronics, etc) that has been opened CANNOT be returned at all. If the diagnostic tool has NOT been opened, it may (at our discretion) be accepted for return less a 20% restocking fee. Books and software cannot be returned whether it has been opened or not, so make sure you order the exact item you need. All other tools will be subject to a 25% restocking fee if they have been opened.
The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs, and all returns must be sent freight prepaid. Returns sent with postage/shipping due at delivery and/or no RMA will be refused.
If the item you purchased is covered under a manufacturers warranty and you need to make a claim the following will apply:
If a warranty issue arises within the first 7 days, we will repair or replace the item as required by the manufacturer. If 7 days has passed and a manufacturers warranty is in effect, you will need to contact the manufacturer for all warranty claims. We will assist in any way we can.
On all warranty claims, the manufacturer will be the final authority regarding warranty claims and abuse determinations.
Freight damage is not considered a warranty issue and must be resolved thru the shipping company. All freight damaged items MUST be reported within 24 hours and ALL shipping containers must be kept until the damage claim is resolved.
