Condition - all our items are brand new, in pristine condition and in the manufacturer’s original packaging – unless stated otherwise.

Suitability - This is an adult collector's model (age14+). It is designed for static display and is unsuitable as a toy.

Guarantee - we will give you a full refund if the item fails to arrive or arrives damaged.

Shipping - .

• Items are typically bubble wrapped and sent in a sturdy cardboard carton.
• UK standard service is by Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcels service as specified in the listing
• Overseas standard service by Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets)
• If the parcel contents is valuable, we may require Special Delivery in the UK or Signed-for/Airsure service overseas
• Shipping to Asia, South America and Africa by Signed-for or Airsure service only

Combined shipping - we will try to combine shipping to reduce cost wherever we can. However, there are two constraints - the value of the contents for insurance purposes and the 2kg limit for packages sent by Royal Mail services. Please ask us for a quote and we will work out the most cost effective solution.

Despatch - normally we send items on the next working day following purchase.

You will receive an email as soon as a package is despatched so that you will have some idea of when it will arrive. Normally, the postal services that we use are quick and reliable.

Postage - our policy is to keep shipping costs to a minimum within the constraints of providing an excellent service to our customers.

Lost post - we will give you a full refund for items lost in the post but please allow 3 weeks in the UK and 4 weeks for overseas. Before these periods have elapsed the Royal Mail will not recognise the package as lost. Lost items will be reported to the Royal Mail who will conduct their own investigation.

Payment - we normally require customers to complete payment within 4 days of committing to buy. If there is a problem with this period, please contact us to discuss.

Customs declarations - are required for destinations outside the EU. We do not falsify customs declarations so please don't ask us to.
