Return/ Exchange Policy:
Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. RegoParkCell (AKA: RPC) offers an exclusive 14-day exchange/refund policy on eBay web purchases.
Please note: defective software may be exchanged for same title only.
For health reasons, in-ear headphones and some personal care items that have been opened may only be exchanged if defective and for the same item.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days.
All Returns are subject to a Return Authorization from "RPC". Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees.
Please note that a Return Authorization does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you a Restocking Fee (Normally 20% but may be more depending on the item condition) for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.
A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
Your eBay user ID must also be included with your return package in order for your package to be identified.
Please ship your item back to us using a Shipping method with Tracking #, Sorry, we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
We do not reimburse or refund Return shipping charges.
You must contact us before returning any Products. We will not process refunds or exchanges without prior notice and approval.
If item Undeliverable as addressed:
"RPC" will try our best to have the product shipped to the correct address as soon as possible. On some small occasions an item might not get delivered due to invalid address information or Refusal of the item by the consumer;
We are not responsible for packages returned due to undeliverable shipping address or Refusal. It is the buyers sole responsibility to provide an accurate and approved US Postal Service address for package delivery. If the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, or as a REFUSAL we will issue a REFUND once the item is received in pure warehouse + there will be a 15% Restocking fee assessed unless otherwise discussed.
