• Ø  If battery doesn’t hold any charge you can return it within 7 days. Once the item has been received we will issue the amount paid deducting £3 (Postage and Packaging). We donot post batteries outside UK because of Royal Mail Restrictions.

Ø  SHIPPING 

• We promise to dispatch your order same day if  bought before  2pm Mon-Fri. As a UK seller, all our goods are send from the UK. Majority of UK orders are delivered  within 1-3 working days for 1st  Class   Delivery and 3-5 working days  for 2nd  Class  Delivery, however this will  depend on  Royal  Mail.  For  urgent  orders, we  would  recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery service  or a local  pickup, we are  open 7 days  between 10 am and 6pm but please call 00447540429666 arrange a pickup

• All Desktops, and components are used and may have signs of wear and tear/cosmetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, sticker residue, plastic chips/non-structural cracks to casing, minor display imperfections/blemishes not visible in pictures that do not affect performance. 

Ø  BATTERY POLICY

• All batteries are provided as strictly untested; no guarantee is given or implied that the battery will hold a charge or work away from the  mains  supply.  We do not except any returns on the basis of 'my battery doesn't hold a charge'. 

Ø  RETURN POLICY 

• Simple and easy. If you have changed your mind or unsatisfied with  your  item. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange the return.  Once we have received the item,  we  will  refund,  in  full,  the  price  you  paid  for  the  item  excluding  Postage & Packing. If you change your mind and wish to return the item we will  refund you  after deducting £3 as restocking fee. We do not  accept  returns  on  faulty  items  sold  as for parts / not working.
