RETURNS:

If you decide that your order, although correct and not faulty, is not required we will be pleased to provide a refund excluding postage within 14 days of the date you received the item. Please note that under the above mentioned circumstances you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item/s to us. 

All the items will be checked  before shipping.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will refund the postal costs incurred in sending the item to you (unless a replacement is sent out) and refund reasonable postage costs of returning the item to us. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment i.e Payment made by Paypal will be refunded by Paypal. Please email me if you wish to return an item .
