Lovely Victorian Gold & Enamel Mourning Locket

Very nice antique gold back and front mourning locket circa 1890, this stunning oval outline locket has a black and white enamel scene depicting a broken pillar and entwined rose with black enamel text surround which reads 'In Memory Of '. The gold is ornately patterned front and back making this a fine and highly collectable piece.

Approx length & width - 3.4cm x 2.3cm.

Weight - 7.6g.

Marks - none tests as 15ct or thereabouts. The back and front are gold and the inside is most likely not.

Condition - in good antique condition,some areas of light wear and scratches to the enamel. The inside of the locket is van can and there are some areas of discolouration.
