Note that we will endeavour to ship all preorders for delivery on release day. However due to changing schedules, release dates are subject to change.
Grading
MINT/NEW: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Item has not arrived
We aim to post all of our items within 1 working day of payment being made. Once despatch has been made, standard delivery usually takes 1-3 working days for UK orders and 5-7 working days for International orders. Delivery times are NOT guaranteed unless you select Expedited delivery and are subject to postal delays. Please allow 10 working days before emailing us for a delivery update on Standard delivery orders. Refunds and replacements will only be issued 15 working days after the postage date, due to Royal Mail's postal loss policies.

We offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders! International Delivery is offered on most items. If no price is displayed, then please contact us for a custom quote. We use Royal Mail Airmail on small items, and various international couriers on larger items. We also a range of postage upgrades, should you require a tracking number or expedited delivery.
Item is faulty
If you suspect the item you have received is faulty, then please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We require all faulty items to be returned to us to be tested before a refund is made.
Item is damaged
We pack all of our items very carefully. However, occasionally damage can occur in transit. If your item has arrived damaged, then please contact us for a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
Item is unwanted
You can return items up to 14 days after they are delivered to you. They must be returned in the condition they were sent in. Any sealed items which have been opened will be deemed to be used and are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
