Prices and Payment
Please note that the prices of all the products on our website are inclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and a 24 to 48 working hours (3 to 5 working days) delivery service. Priority delivery services are available at an extra cost. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to acceptance of your order. Should there be any change we shall notify you and give you the option to proceed or cancel your order.

PayPal must be used to make the payment for Products. Legal Title to any goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due to the Extreme Supplies Ltd have been paid in full.

After your order has passed through our security checks we will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received. All orders will be dispatched completed with a VAT invoice. Please note we do not debit your card until the order is dispatched.

Order Acceptance Policy
No binding contract is created until your order has been accepted. Acceptance of your order shall take place when your payment is debited or all other payment is cleared and until then the right is reserved by Extreme Supplies Ltd to decline your order. At the discretion of Extreme Supplies Ltd, ownership of the goods may not pass from Extreme Supplies to the buyer until the buyer as made a payment in full thereof (and any other monies owing to the Seller). By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site including terms and conditions of sale of Extreme Supplies Ltd.

Delivery Method and Timing

UK Standard (Free Delivery):	This service will be carried out by Royal Mail or by a courier. Please allow 24 to 48 workinghoursfor this delivery option.
UK Next Working Day:	This service will be carried out by either Royal Mail or a courier service. This service applies to orders placed before 00.00 hrs. Orders placed on a Friday after 14.00 hrs will be dispatched for a Monday delivery.
EU (European Union Countries):	This service will be carried out by Royal Mail & national postal services or courier service. Please allow from up to 10 working days for this delivery option. Delivery times are often sooner, country dependent.

Missing Orders
Firstly, please check your account or email account for messages from customer support. Secondly, please take care to check the above schedule and allow for non working days such as weekends and bank holidays to be excluded while calculating delivery time. In the unusual event of a non-delivery, please allow 10 working days before contacting us regarding UK standard service items and 15 working days for all EU non deliveries. All non-deliveries / incomplete deliveries should be reported to Extreme Supplies Ltd within 30 days of receipt of dispatch email.

Signature
Items dispatched from Extreme Supplies Ltd may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to take delivery you will be left a card notifying you of the attempted delivery by the relevant service agent. If the attempted delivery is by Royal Mail you can request re-delivery or you can pick up from your local sorting office. If delivery has been attempted by a courier service you can pick up the item from your nearest depot. You may need identification and the attempted delivery notification when picking up an item.

Additional Postage Charges
Heavy & High Value items such as Tripods and Scanners, being dispatched to remote addresses and addresses outside the UK Mainland may incur an additional postage charge in addition to the amount charged in the shopping cart. We will contact you direct if this is applicable.

1. All goods are returned at the buyer's own risk and we would advise that you use a service that requires a signature upon delivery or obtain a proof of posting, as items not received by Extreme Supplies Ltd cannot be refunded, exchanged or replaced.

2. Extreme Supplies are unable to refund return postage costs in excess of the charge made when the order was originally dispatched. If you are in any doubt as to how to return the item to us please contact us before doing so.

3. In the unusual event of a non-delivery / partial delivery please allow 10 working days before contacting us regarding UK standard service items. All non-deliveries / incomplete deliveries should be reported to Extreme Supplies within 30 days of dispatch.

4. Please consider taking the following steps:
a. Contact the office and Request Authority to return your item(s).
b. Securely Package the goods to be returned
c. Include a brief Covering Note explaining why the goods are being returned.
d. Ensure your Order Number is visible on the outside of the package.
e. We advise that valuable goods are Insured, sent on a "signed for" service.
f. Post the goods to the Address Specified after returns authority request (point b.)
(There may be a delay in processing returned items not following this procedure, also if items are sent to an address other than the one we specify we cannot be responsible for them)

5. If products are faulty or do not conform to description, you may return them within 14 days of receipt and will be entitled to a replacement or full refund. Please be aware that Extreme Supplies Ltd will only refund postage costs up to the cost incurred by Extreme Supplies Ltd during delivery. For larger items you may wish to contact us to check these costs before returning the item.
6. If you have ordered the wrong product, return the product unopened and in its original re-saleable packaging for an exchange or a full refund at our discretion.

7. Extreme Supplies Ltd reserves the right to retain the incurred costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause. For larger items you may wish to contact the office to check these costs before returning the item. We will not refund any product which has been 'specifically ordered' for you unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately on Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
