Short pick-up distance

(infrared control)

• Receiver on floodlight not visible.

• When installing floodlight in high locations, ensure receiver is facing downward (or vice versa) and angled so that receiver is fully visible.

• Obstacles in-between IR remote and Receiver.

• IR remote works like a TV remote, it will require a direct line of sight. Any obstacles will inhibit signal strength.

Remote not responding

• Plastic sheet intact.

• Remove plastic sheet from remote.

• Dead battery.

• Replace battery.
