International Shipping

• All International orders will be shipped via FedEx/DHL International Priority Shipping.
• The flat fee for items shipped is $99
• All international customers are required to pay any applicable custom fees, duties, or taxes that their country requires upon entry of the goods.
• These fees are not charged by us, and therefore, cannot be refunded by us. If parcels are refused, original and return shipping expenses will be charged to your original form of payment.
• We currently do not ship to Nigeria, India, Pakistan and Russia. If we are unable to ship to your country with full insurance we will notify you about this issue.

Our 14-day return policy allows you plenty of time to consider your purchase. You can rest assured knowing you have made the right choice. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 14 days of receiving your item, you may return your item to Diamond Center OF NY. for an exchange or a refund. Unlike most competitors, we do not charge a restocking fee and provide a full refund.

Return Policy Guidelines:

1. To initiate a return, customers MUST contact our returns department to receive a Return Authorization Number.
2. Packages sent back to Diamond Center OF NY without a return authorization number present on the outer packaging will be refused upon arrival.
3. Items may only be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Inspection Team. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way, are not eligible for a return.
5. In an effort to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, all specifications and details regarding custom orders are discussed prior to production.
6. Any item that is engraved is non-refundable.
7. Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return without the original tag intact.
