FREE Domestic Shipping applies to Buy It Now listings and is shipped via UPS Mail Innovations which takes 3-7 business days delivery time. With this shipping method, UPS provides the pick-up, processing, and interim transportation of the package. Final delivery will be made by the U.S. Postal Service. All addresses containing an apartment, unit or floor # will require signature confirmation.

Your item will be shipped within 24 business hours after receiving your order. Same day shipping on most orders if we receive your order before 2:00pm US Eastern Time Monday - Friday (holidays excluded).

Once the item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with USPS or UPS tracking number(s). You can simply track your item at www.ups-mi.net, www.ups.com, www.usps.com or www.dhl-usa.com

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

: Any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs required on shipments to your country are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package. We do not prepay or calculate the fees but you can contact your local customs office and they can provide you with a quote based on the item(s) which you are ordering.

Our prices do not include these fees and they will be collected by the shipping company. If the package is refused, NO REFUND will be issued.

APO/FPO delivery may take 2-5 weeks.

If you chose UPS shipping, but your address is deemed as a UPS extended address, your package will be switched to USPS or DHL Express shipping.

Payment Policy

We accept the following Payment methods: Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Once you complete your checkout, your item will be shipped within 24 business hours.

Returns Policy

Your Satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. AuthenticGlasses will gladly accept return of merchandise in NEW and UNWORN condition with all papers, booklets, cleaning cloths, and cases that came with the item within 30 days from delivery date. There are NO restocking fees.
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or less than perfect merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our facility within 7 days of your return request. Use a trackable method of shipment for returns. Once your returned item is received and inspected your refund will be processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
