Decent pre-owned vintage condition. Small scratches across the front. Areas of faded color spots on the back. Some tarnishing on the metal pieces. 

I attempted to clean it, it's not perfect but it's a lot cleaner now than it was when I found it! PLEASE SEE PICTURES FOR THE BEST DESCRIPTION.
