Once we have received the goods back you will receive a full refund.

For UK buyers items are generally sent via Royal Mail for free.

The Royal Mail services used are not tracked, unless you use 'Special Delivery'.

Items sold are sometimes shipped directly from our suppliers but please contact us if there are any issues.

We aim to get items dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment, though there are no dispatches at the weekend.

International Postage

International Postage is sent via Royal Mail Airmail or courier.
