【Payment】

• We accept PAYPAL payment and (all major credit cards accepted through PAYPAL)
• For PAYPAL customers, we ship to confirmed address ONLY. (No exception)
• Payment must be received within 5 days after close of auction. Unpaid auction will be forfeited after seven days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.
• Canada Residents must add HST / GST.

【Shipping & Handling】

• All products will be shipped from North America warehouse.
• Please feel free to contact us for inventory status.
• We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your products. And also The price of item in this listing is FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid. That means seller pays and bears freight charges, and buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
• All shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
• Tracking # will be email to you once your order is complete and ship out.

【Bidding Agreement】

1. We will contact the winning bidders within 1 business day after end of auction via emails. In some rare exceptions, if we are not able to contact you within this time period, please send us emails. Please help us to make the transaction smoother and more efficient by including eBay User ID and email address in all forms of correspondence.
2. If payment is not made within 5 business days of auction end date, the auction will be considered closed and negative feedback reported

【Return Policy】

• All items come with 7 day (from the delivered date provided from currier) replacement warranty unless advertised differently.
• Each product carries each own individual manufacturer warranties, as offered by the manufacturer directly.
• No returns will be accepted for defective products if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories.
• We will not accept any item that has physical damage. Physical damage is any damage that is not caused by any normal wear and tear. If we receive an item that is physically damaged, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
• If the merchandise is defective, please contact us for RETUR MACHANDISE # for replacement. If the product is tested defective after we received, we will ship a replacement to you, otherwise the same item will be shipped back and your account will be charged for re-shipping fee (should be paid prior to re-shipping takes place) or 15% restocking fee.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge, and we are responsible for the postage for mailing a new item to you. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances, Including DOA (defect on arrival) product.
