The Sendai ZX1 features a truss rod cover and two control knobs that have each been professionally dipped by a process know as hydro painting. They contain two tones a blue and a green that naturally combine on the waters surface before becoming attached to the objects as they enter the water container. This creates a unique finish that looks beautiful. In addition a funky green guitar strap and green lead are included in this exclusive ZX customisation offer from Quincy Music Instruments which is finished by DR Neon Green strings which are handmade in USA.

Our lead designer at Quincy loves all things oriental and especially Japanese Instruments such as the products of Zen On Guitar, Tokai, Teisco, Shinko Gakki and others. For 2016 he has produced 2 modern hybrids 'Sendai' and 'Tokyo, utilising the stylistic approaches of the classic wave of Japanese shapes with modern sensibilities such as playability and electronics we are proud to offer these unique Guitars and are excited for many new arrivals in this style coming in late 2016. 

This guitar is based on the famous 'Avalon' in part although the body horns have been altered and a completely different neck and head makes this instrument unique to Quincy. The hybrid elements of the SG and Les Paul have also influenced the design and playability, complete with 'Wilkinson' Pick Ups the clarity of tone is truly sublime. This unique brand new deluxe Guitar plays so smoothly and easily it's got the sweet spot of looking like a retro-esque boutique but playing like a high end current alternative, and it is sure to stand out from the norm in style.
