Payments can be made directly through Paypal or if you do not have a Paypal account you can pay by credit card via my Paypal account. Just follow the prompts upon checkout.
Any items remaining unpaid after 7 days will be subject to an unpaid item case.
If you do accidentally place an order or change your mind before check out, its no problem just contact me by clicking 'Contact Seller' and I will send you a cancellation request and all you need to do is agree to the request and your order will be cancelled.
All orders are dispatched after 1 working day or sooner.
E.g.If you place an order on a Wednesday it will take 1 working day for processing (Thursday) and will be dispatched on Friday.
If you place an order on a Friday it will be processed the next working day (Monday) and dispatched on Tuesday.
This is the maximum amount of time it will take for an item to be dispatched but it is more often much sooner.
Once your item is dispatched it will be marked as 'Dispatched' on your account so you know it is on its way.
There will also be an estimated delivery time on your purchase details so you know when to expect your parcel.
UK ORDERS
All items are posted Royal Mail Second Class unless you have chosen an alternative option upon checkout.
This is estimated at 2-3 working days by Royal Mail but sometimes takes longer.
I have, unfortunately, occasionally encountered a few problems with parcels getting 'lost' whilst in transit by Royal Mail so if more than 7 days have elapsed after your item has been marked as 'Dispatched' please contact me and I will do my very best to sort this out for you. I do get a Certificate of Proof of Posting from the Post Office for EVERY parcel and I am happy to upload this to show that your parcel was dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are processed in the same time as UK orders, with 1 working day for processing.
PLEASE NOTE: The default delivery option for International orders is 'Standard International Delivery' by Royal Mail and this DOES NOT come with tracking information.
If you require a tracking number for your parcel please select 'Royal Mail International -Signed For' upon checkout and your tracking number will be uploaded upon dispatch.
All international destination delivery times vary but Ebay will put an estimate on your order details, but please be aware that this is NOT a definite delivery time.
I always put the correct customs forms on the non-E.U. parcels and mark them as a 'Gift' so no customs duties should be incurred by the customer.
I also get a Certificate of Proof of Posting for all international parcels so these can be uploaded if proof of posting is required.
