Note: The Detachable chain strap to turn this wristlet into a crossbody bag was added by me and NOT sold or made by Coach.
The bag was not permanently altered in anyway and the chain strap can be detached easily.
The ears make the bag top heavy as a Crossbody but once you add your phone and or a few other items in the bag it balances it out.
Bags may have a few very minor marks. This is common with smooth leather bags and is not a defect.

Return Policy
No International Returns
Buyer must contact seller within 48 hours of delivery of the item to request/receive a refund.
Returned item then must be mailed w/ a tracking number & received by seller within 30 days or less.
Item must be returned in original condition: unused, original tag still attached including all items it came with. Otherwise item will be sent back to buyer without a refund.
Return shipping is paid by buyer. plus a 15% restocking fee (no exceptions). False claims of item not as described to avoid this fee are against ebay's return rules and will be reported.
Refund will be issued once item is received in original condition, inspected and found free of any damage or use.
My items come from a smoke free home. I personally purchase my designer items from USA authorized retailers ONLY.
Items are inspected before they are shipped so I can be certain that you are receiving the item as described.
