Payment:
Immediate payment is required when purchasing an item. We accept PayPal for all our listings.
Delivery:

Returns:
We always want our customers to be totally satisfied with the products and services we provide. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then please complete the form that is included inside the parcel and return it with the item for a refund or exchange. All postal charges are at the cost of the customer and we recommend using tracked post. We do offer a pre-paid returns label for UK customers which costs £3. If you would like to use the label please cut the label at the bottom of the form and attach it to the front of your parcel. You will receive a receipt from the Post Office. Please keep this receipt as a proof of postage.
If you have lost your returns form please contact us and we will email you a new one.
For refunds please return the item to the address at the bottom of the returns form within 30 days of receiving the item. Please ensure that the item is in its unworn condition as received. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund for the cost of the item. Please allow up to 7 days from when we receive the item for the refund to be issued.
If an exchange or replacement is required please return the item to the address at the bottom of the returns form within 30 days of receiving the item. Please ensure that the item is in its unworn condition as received and tell us the size/colour required in the 'Reason for Return' section of the form. If for any reason the replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
