Wallpaper heavy duty wall liner. This Wall Liner is recommended for application over sand finish plaster, cement block, v-grooved paneling and other problem walls prior to the installation of wallpaper/wallcovering. Wall liner is suggested as a base for new wallcoverings to be applied to problem walls. It covers cracks, rough spots, cement blocks and paneling. The product is not intended to bridge gaps with a width or depth of 1/4 inch or more. Surface to be covered should be 'sized' with a premixed vinyl adhesive or latex primer (depending on the surface to be covered) before applying the Wall Liner. After applying Wall Liner you are left with a perfectly smooth wall that is suitable for installing any wallpaper pattern. Particularly well suited to the stucco-like finish used on new construction drywall. Note: This product is unpasted and requires paste for installation. Two versions of wall liner are offered--check to select the one best for your project.
