Returns

 

Return Guidelines for Non-Defective Items:

Product must be in the exact new condition it was received in.

Original product box must be included with your return

Return must have outer packaging. (Please do not return your order taped up in its original product box without outer packaging.  Any return that arrives this way will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.)

Item must be returned within 15 days from the date it was delivered.

      Please note:

A restocking fee in the amount of 10% will apply.

All returns are processed within 1-4 business days of when they are received and we will send you an e-mail confirmation once your return has been processed.

      Defective returns:
