This auction is for a rare small Japanese Art Deco white oil lamp with wick.It is decorated with highly stylised outlines of black Josephine Baker like dancers in various poses.Above and below the frieze of dancers are lined borders in low relief.

Condition is very good,the glass cover is not present.There is no damage and just minor wear.The underside of the lamp is impressed "Made in Japan"

Diameter at base 6.3cm (2 1/2 inches)
