I bought this dress ...for a wedding. It is beautiful, comfortable, and forgiving. I have a small bust and it looked good on me, and my best friend who has much larger bust also wore it and looked great. It's stretchy on top so you can size down if you are in between. There is crinoline underneath, plus a soft lining. It can be too warm in hot weather. I recommend it for indoor events or cooler weather. I love the pockets, too."
