Processing of Orders
We aim to process your order within 24 hours of it being placed. However Sara Crave only ships orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on public holidays.
Once an order has left Sara Crave, it is in the care of Australia Post, or other courier services selected at checkout, and your local postal service. Sara Crave is not liable for any errors made by these services.
Delivery Time Australia
The estimated delivery time of orders within Australia to most major centers is 1-4 business days after shipment. Your orders are shipped using Australia Post regular post or Express Post service, or courier delivery, as selected at checkout.

Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
At Sara Crave we understand that selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult choice. For this reason, we will happily provide a store credit for the purchase price on returned items, so you can choose a replacement item, or a full refund on online orders within 30 calendar days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original labeling is intact and items are returned in unworn condition. Sara Crave is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without the customer providing proof of purchase.

If you wish to exchange a Product, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order. Sara Crave reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by Sara Crave a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a credit note or a refund issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 10 business days of the garments arrival at the Sara Crave Office. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage to you.
