SHIPPING INFO All of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
We send most of our orders via 1st/2nd Class Royal Mail service. Tracking numbers are uploaded against your order details. This service (1st Class) does not guarantee next day delivery but in our experience it has about a 90% success rate of arriving the next day.
Buy it Now or Auction Items that have been offererd as free P&P are sent using Royal Mails economy Packages.
If orders are urgent, we suggest you select the Next Day Delivery option which will guarantee your delivery the next working day if placed before 3pm on a working day.
*Please note, the Next Day Delivery for a Saturday morning is not currently offered, but is available upon request, at an additional charge of £4.00 above the Next Day Delivery charge.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped using a Trackable, Signed for Delivery Service, this is quite expensive but does enable you to track your order and ensures a timely secure arrival of your goods. Tracking numbers are uploaded against your order details. Transit times can vary with the worldwide postal service and any delays are out of our control. International buyers need to be aware of any import duties or taxes applicable for their country. These charges are not our responsibilty and are not included in the item price or the shipping charge.
RETURNS POLICY
Most of our Buy It Now listings are covered by our Returns Policy. Items purchased on
lower price auction style listings are not covered by our returns policy.
When you receive your order please check it carefully and do not remove tags unless you
are completely satisfied with the goods. Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed.
Although all of our items are checked carefully before dispatch, if you think you may have
discovered a fault please report this to us within 24 hours of receipt. Items that have tags
removed and have been worn will not be accepted as faulty, as we cannot be responsible
for possible mis-use of a garment during it's wear.
We offer a 14-day refund policy on all items that qualify for our returns policy, you must
contact us firstly if you wish to return a item.
The cost to return is at the expense of the buyer and it not refundable. The postage and
packaging charges on your original order are also non-refundable as this is part of our
service to you that has been completed.
Your return is subject to the goods being returned in the same condition in which they were
dispatched, all tags intact. They must not have been tried on in a smoky environment, or
contain traces of deodorant, perfume or any other odours. Any items received back not in
a resaleable condition will not be accepted for a refund and returned to you at your
expense.
We reserve the right to make any deductions from refunds in respect of
damaged items recived where the buyer has not taken due care whilst the item has been
in their possession. Parcels should be re-packaged carefully to ensure no damage occurs
in transit. As damages that may occur in transit on it's return are the responsibilty of the
sender.
These items will be returned to the sender in order to claim compensation from
Royal Mail.
Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type and within 7 days.
•Goods that are not accepted for return unless faulty are all hoisery(stockings, tights, holdups)
bodystockings and certain lingerie sets. These items due to their nature of being
nylon will distort once tried on and therefore cannot be accepted as a return.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be considered in certain circumstances, and will require an additional
10% fee plus P&P. Items bought on a auction basis are not eligible for a exchange.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Under the consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000 you have the right to
cancel any order purchased online within 7 days from the day after delivery. Order
cancellations must be made in writting within 7 days of the day you receive the goods.
Subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were sent out, a refund
will be organised.
The cost of returning the item to us is not eligible for a refund.
ITEMS LOST IN THE POST
This is quite rare but now and again a item may get "lost in the post". We always post out
within 24 hours of cleared payment and a email notification is sent to let you know it's on
it's way, in most cases a tracking number is uploaded to your order details. In the rare
event that your item has not arrived within 15 business days then please let us know. Any
loss is due to Royal Mail and not failure on our part. We will have to ask you to sign a
declaration form as proff of non-delivery before we can process a refund and make any
claim from Royal Mail.
PAYMENTS
We ask that checkout on Buy it Now & Auctions be completed within 3 days on items that
are not requiring immediate payment.
PAYPAL
Paypal is currently our preferred method of payment and is the fastest way of making a
instant payment in order for your goods to be dispatched straight away. Paypal E-Cheques
will be accepted but items will not be dispatched until Paypal notify us that the cheque has
cleared. This can take up to 12-15 business days.
BANK TRANSFER/INTERNET BANKING
We also accept payments by Bank Transfer/Internet Banking this option is currently only
available to UK buyers at this time, to use this method of payment please contact us after
you have purchased your item/s to let us know you want to pay by Bank Transfer, we will
then send you our banking details for you to send your payment to.
Please note funds can take anything from 1 to 3 working days to show in our account and
good will only be dispatched when the funds are in our account.
UNCROSSED POSTAL ORDERS
We accept uncrossed postal orders as a method of payment, Goods paid for by this
method will be dispatched upon receipt of a uncrossed Postal Order.
PERSONAL CHEQUE
We currently accept personal cheques as a method of payment, but items will not be
dispatched until the cheque has cleared in our bank account. This can take upto 5 full
working days.

DISPATCH
In the interest of security most of our items have to be signed for and will require a
signature on arrival. Free P&P items are dispatched Royal Mail Standard post. If the value
of your order is above £10.00 we reserve the right to ship your order via Recorded
Delivery. Items not signed for will be sent to your local Royal Mail sorting/collection office
and will need to be collected within 7 business days.
Items not collected in this time frame
will be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur additional postage costs, which will be at the
expense of the buyer as delivery had been previously attempted and the item was
available for collection. Any refunds processed through items not been collected from the
Post Office and have been returned to us will be minus all eBay fees and any other fees
