Welcome to TechMikeNY! All our products are in good and clean condition, and have been pulled from a climate controlled facility. We have configured each unit to meet our rigorous quality standards and have vigorously tested each server with the same process we use to load our own production servers. We load most servers with a clean install of Windows 2008 Server evaluation edition. No other documentation or software are included. We also update versions of several of the key server components, such as the remote access card (DRAC), the system BIOS, the RAID controller, as well as the backplane. We only sell and ship servers that we are confident are ready for a production environment.

This product is warrantied for 30 days from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Defective or DOA products must be reported within 30 days of shipment; no returns will be processed after the 30-day DOA warranty is over. Each product is tested and is in good working condition when it is shipped. On rare occasions, damages may occur while in transit. For your benefit, we reserve the right to issue a refund or replace any returned items. For an additional fee, Certified Servers also provides longer warranties (over 30 days); please feel free to reach out to a member of our team should you be interested in purchasing a longer warranty.

SHIPPING
Orders placed before 1PM EST will predominantly ship on the same day as they were placed. We ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail depending on the specific purchased item’s size and weight. If you prefer to have your item shipped using a specific shipping method or to be billed to your account, please feel free to reach out to a member of our team.
Please note that at TechMikeNY, we do our best to make sure our products are not damaged during transportation. To that end, we use extra packing materials and special boxes to help ensure our customers receive the products they ordered in the same condition in which they were shipped. As a result, our shipping expenses may at times be slightly higher than those of other vendors. We accept all major credit cards and e-checks via Paypal. Please note that your order must ship to your confirmed Paypal address. Your order must be fully paid for within 72 hours (three days) from the date and time the auction closes. We cannot guarantee item availability after 72 hours.
We do accept credit card's over the phone if necessary, however Paypal is the preferred, faster method of payment.
