Our policy is to pack and ship our goods within 24 hours of receiving the order (Mon to Friday only). The “automated” estimated delivery time provided by eBay at the top of this page is a guide only to when you will receive your goods and not a guarantee. Our “Free post / Postage Paid” sales are 2^nd class Royal Mail. This FREE postal option is only insured by the Royal Mail for up to £20. If your item does go missing an insurance claim to the Royal Mail will be submitted on your behalf and you will be refunded up to the value of £20 once the Royal Mail have agreed and paid your claim. IF YOU PREFFER YOU ITEM TO BE “courier, secured or signed post ” and the option is not available on this listing please contact our help desk via the eBay message link.

Returns:

It is with our best attempt that we send out a product that is 100% when you purchase from us. We do not manufacture the parts or products we supply, but we do handle the shipping. If a product arrives to you and you are not satisfied with its condition please do not hesitate to contact us for a replacement or in some circumstances a refund. Refunds will only be issued if The Car Parts Warehouse is at fault for the damage to the product. Product that is described as “Old Stock” or “New old Part” is in unsuitable condition for retail supply, returns on these type of products are not allowed. Any product that has been used will also be refused a refund or exchange.

Feedback:

We aim to leave feedback for every item we supply. We always leave positive feedback where it is appropriate and expect the same in return. We will not accept negative feedback where an item has been fitted, installed or used incorrectly by the purchaser. We also will not accept negative feedback for items lost in shipping, these situations are out of our control. In these circumstances The Car Parts Warehouse will contact eBay via the resolutions centre and request removal of the feedback or open a case for unfair feedback against the purchaser.
