Kenwood 6 pin AT plug connector fits Automatic ATU and Yaesu Antenna Rotator Control Box

This is the correct plug you need to fit the 6 pin AT socket on the back of Kenwood radios to power and control your external auto tuner such as the AT250.

You can use this plug to make up a simple interface cable so that your Kenwood and other makes of automatic ATU (including Icom AH4, LDG, MFJ etc.) can be connected to your Kenwood radio.

Yaesu 450/600/800/1000 series rotator controllers use the same plug/socket housing BUT Yaesu swapped the pins around; if you want a plug to fit a Yaesu rotator you need male pins and must ask me for them in an ebay message.

You can also draw 12 volts from the radio through this socket for other small items of shack equipment, for example, many operators have an SWR meter or a manual tuner that needs 12v for dial lamps etc.

If you require the matching plug please see my other listing.

THIS IS NOT A 12V DC POWER PLUG.

Pack contains 1 x Male Plug Connector Shell and 6 x Female Crimp Pins

Easy to assemble to your own cable.

Please take great care when connecting to the external tuner or accessory socket on ANY radio because incorrect connections can destroy internal components.
