Here's a lovely - navy blue w/white trim - dress by PAUL & JOE in French size 40 - fits USA size 10.  It features a v neckline and narrow shoulder straps.  Ties in rear. Underarm to underarm is 19 1/2" and shoulder to hem 41". Fabric is 68% cotton & 32% silk - fully lined with 100% cotton, 29% polyester & 8% spandex - DC.  Never worn - it's in excellent condition with original manufacturer's tags .
