Terms of Policy

1. You are agreeing to our terms and conditions including return policies.

2. For the US Buyer, The first item shipping fee is $3.00, $0.50 for each extra item & We post the Package by USPS First-class. 

For the Canada Buyer, The First item shipping cost is $8.00, $0.50 for each extra item, Please ask us send an revise invoice to combine the shipping cost.

For the other Country Buyer, The first item Shipping fee is $9.50, $1.00 for each extra item. Please ask us send an revise invoice to combine the shipping cost. 

3. The Shipping cost is Covered Handing Cost, Envelopes, Bubble Wraps  and the shipping cost paid to the Post office. 

4. We post the Package on the same day when the Payment is clear Received before 3 pm at East Coast Time From Monday to Friday. The Payment received after 3 pm will post on next day. 

We also post the package Paid  before 11 am on Saturday  morning at 11.30 am.

5. For the US buyers  when you put the items to pay together, the system will automatically combine the shipping cost. If the shipping cost is not right, Please contact us ask for an revise invoice to combined your order so you can save your shipping cost. 

6. We try our best to Provide a true representation of our Products, Sometimes, Due to enlarging the Photo or because of individual monitor Settings, There may be Slight Variation in colors.

7. If you have any Question or Problem for your order. Please contact us, We will answer your question or take care your Problem, 

8. We do custom order too. If you need a special  carving Pendant, Just e mail us, It take 3 weeks to finished. 

9. We accept return within 30 days. The buyer pay for the return.
