Any shipments that customers refuse will be considered lost and will result in the customer not receiving any type of credit or refund. Refused items will not be returned to us.
Returns from the US must be shippped USPS only. If charges are billed to us they WILL be deducted from your refund. If a part doesn't fit, don't try to "make it fit" and risk damaging you, your car or yourself. We won't accept responsibility for any costs exceeding the cost of the part, therefore please inspect the part before you start the repair.
We will not issue return credit for parts which have been installed, painted, modified or returned without their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you decide you don't need a part, we don't mind taking it back, but we can't absorb the shipping cost. The shipping amount will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds typically take about 3 to 5 business days to be issued. Providing us with a return tracking number will ensure a speedy refund. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as you paid, (for example, Credit card payments will receive credit to the same card used to place the order). You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
