Russian made by ZenitCo compact but very robust muzzle brake compensator DTK-1L. The muzzle thread is 14x1 LH.  Will fit standard classic Russian and Bulgarian muzzle threads which are smaller than modern models. Do ask if not sure if this device will fit your rifle.
