As much as I'd want to offer a much easy, carefree and comfortable shopping experience for all my buyers, very unfortunately I'm unable for now. All items I've listed here are presented accurately. It may not be 100% precise and hence there will some level of discrepancies as stated in my disclaimer below. 90% of the time you will be getting is what you see and read in this listing. Besides a small marginal percentage that could be some typo mistakes on my part, the rest of 10% will be based on your own expectation on how the item is going to be like. Payment policy

PayPal ONLY. Please pay within the next 3 days once auction has ended. Exceptions are allowed provided you have informed me in advance. A reminder email will be sent when payment date is due. Kindly take note that a non-paying dispute resolution will be filed on the 4th day after end of auction. Therefore, communication is key. Even there's another 4 days grace period when an unpaid resolution case is opened, I do reserve the right to relist the item without any further notification. Shipping policy

Shipping cost stated are inclusive of basic base charge, registration, insurance and other necessary postage and handling fees. 

Combine shipping is available. I'll revise the invoice accordingly if you have won more than one auction. The additional combine shipping cost in this listing is only indicative. Depending on the number of items you have won, total combined shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly. Usually the more items combined, the cheaper it will be due to one time payment of base charge and registration. 

Will ship within the next working day once payment has been received. All items will ship via SingPost mail with registration to ensure traceability and to avoid lost mail. Once items have been shipped, an email will be sent to you with tracking number as well as other shipping details you will need to know. All items shipped will come with a basic insurance of up to SGD68 (~50USD) in events of lost. Items not received for more than 20 working days (Saturdays and Sundays are not considered as working days), buyers are required to contact me immediately so that I can raise an inquiry to SingPost. 

99% of the time, items shipped do reach my customers promptly. Do allow 7-15 working days (subjecting to custom clearance) to reach you. However, sometimes package gets delivered late or returned is mostly due to wrong address given or required the addressee to be present for collection. Therefore, please ensure the address and addressee you have provided are correct at point of auction. I'll not be responsible for any lost mail due to the above reason(s) stated. In events when items were returned back to me before they can reach you, I'd be able to get it ship back to you at an additional cost which will be borne by the buyer. Otherwise, a refund of the shipped items excluding postage will be made. 

Items will be marked as "Merchandise" and value will be declared in SGD for insurance coverage protection. All tax, duties and VAT will be buyer's responsibility when it reaches the country. Therefore, it is your responsibility to check your country taxation policy/regulation. For all shipments to the UK, UK buyers are subject to VAT.

 

Returns policy

All items are brand new and never been worn. Returns not acceptable due to the nature of intimate products unless items are wrongly shipped or when shipped items was returned back to me due to the reason(s) stated above.
