Includes a rubber hood, front and rear caps and an interchangeable mount for Olympus OM.  Also a hard case.

The lens is in good condition with only a few signs of use. Glass is clean and clear, but there is some minor internal dust. Focus and zoom is smooth and the aperture is clean and snappy.
