Fantastic Four #12 features one of the most iconic covers of the Silver Age. The first meeting of The Hulk vs the Fantastic Four. Came out the same time as Amazing Spiderman #1 and ties in that issue for 1st crossover in Marvel comics.

  Book is only in FR condition with the front cover hanging on by a thread, the rear cover attached to the bottom staple and the spine more or less completely split. That said, the page quality is surprisingly good with offwhite to light cream pages, although there's some chipping and brittleness at the back cover and top of the last page. Centerfold is attached.
