The round brilliant cut diamond is mounted in a raised open setting and mounted in such a way allowing maximum light to reach the diamond from all angles enabling the diamond to sparkle brilliantly with every movement.
It is important to note that this round brilliant cut diamond is E color which falls in the "Colorless" category of the Diamond Color Grading Scale and is clarity grade VVS1 which is next to "Internally Flawless" on the Diamond Clarity Grading Scale. The diamond is also GIA Diamond Report Certificate graded double Excellent, for Polish and Symmetry.
This particular diamond solitaire ring is part of the Cartier Engagement and Wedding Ring Collection. This specific design Cartier diamond solitaire ring, called the Cartier Déclaration D'Amour Ring" and comes from the Cartier "Declaration" Engagement Ring Collection. Cartier describes this particular design ring as follows "Déclaration ~ The most contemporary solitaire. Its slender prongs and refined lines give it a graceful and modern allure".
