•Welcome: Please bid with confidence, I am first and foremost an eBay user, I both buy and sell on eBay and I am committed to making eBay a safe place to trade and do business. It needs to be understood that used items should be cleaned before use.
•Returns: Read complete Return Policy details in appropriate area above prior to purchase - fees apply. Unless the mistake is on my part, the Buyer is responsible for my original shipping cost, all fees associated with the transaction, and a restocking fee.
•Shipping: Shipping costs are for the United States of America only. I will decide shipping carrier based on a combination of cost and speed. I usually use FedEx on large/heavy items and USPS on small/light items. International shipping is handled by the eBay Global Shipping program and all additional shipping charges/import fee's go directly to a third party postal carrier, not to me.  Make sure your address is accurate prior to purchase, it can not be changed after and I can not ship to any other address. Please note that USPS no longer guarantees my packages will be tracked unless I ship all my orders at once. Also, I must tell them in advanced the total number of packages and when I will be shipping them. They also limit me to shipping only once per business day. This means that if you purchase an item after 10AM on a business day then your package will not be shipped until the following business day.
•Payment: I accept payment from verified PayPal users and ship to the verified address only. Buyer is expected to pay within 2 days.  If no payment is received after 3 days a case will be opened and closed automatically after another few days. This must happen to recoup the fees I am charged when a buyer makes a purchase.
•Feedback: I am happy to leave positive feedback the day I ship your item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me via "General Question" before leaving negative, neutral or positive feedback with 3 or less stars in any category. Selecting any other reason for contact could cause eBay to automatically put penalties on a sellers account for one full year, no matter the outcome.
