Commodore A2286
PC-AT Emulator
PC/AT 80286 compatibility card
for the Commodore Amiga 2000, 3000, 4000
Boots OK, no further tests

NOTES:
  • The classic BridgeBoard AT (80286) that connects the Amiga Zorro architecture with the PC ISA 16-bit architecture inside of the Amiga 2000, 3000, and 4000, providing a bridge of compatibility in hardware and software.
  • It is tested until booting properly. No further tests.
  • When entering the setup, the date and time cannot be changed, perhaps because the battery is completely drained, but we are not sure.
  • We tested it using a VGA card too (not included), which is the output you can see in the monitor on the right.
  • All BridgeBoard cards are sold as not working, as a precaution. These boards were difficult to work with even when new, so now that they are so old, no guarantees, no returns.
  • No floppy drive included. A matching 3.5" 1.44-MB and compatible cable can be ordered SEPARATELY for £35 including the extra postage paid. Please contact us if interested, because it might not be available at the time of purchase. Also a 16-bit ISA VGA card and 16-bit ISA IDE hard disk drive controller can be ordered separately, at £30 each one.
