This is a delightful approx. 17.5" bisque head Child Doll. She is marked: Made In Germany DEP 160 7 1/2 made by Kestner. This beauty has her plaster Pate, human hair brunette Wig, nice full condition, feathered dark brown Brows, big brown Sleep Eyes with painted eye Lids. She has lovely pencil thin long painted upper and lower Lashes, open bow Mouth with 4 upper Teeth, bright peach Cheeks and double dimpled Chin known for Kestners. She is on her antique composition jointed Body which is marked Handwerck and has original painted red lined fingers and toes. Bodies were interchanged by many companies. It is in very good condition with some expected joint wear and is tightly strung with original paint finish. This adorable child is wearing an antique cotton Dress with Pantaloons, vintage Slip, Stockings, leather blue Shoes and pretty blue silk Bow. No Crack, Chips or Hairlines. Darker line on the right side of her head is just the mold line. Lovely harder to find doll for your Kestner or antique doll collection. Smoke free home and Thanks for Looking.
