We post all posters via Royal Mail Standard 2nd class, if you require Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery please choose this option at checkout.
Please note our price for Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery is charged at the Saturday delivery rate, if you choose Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery between Monday-Thursday you will be charged only £8.55 and the overcharge will be refunded back to you.

We ask for all customers to contact us before returning any items, all customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Once we have confirmed your return you have a further 7 days to return the item back to us, all items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect.

When returning your item please be so kind as to carefully lay it flat and put it back into our/or a cardboard envelope like the one it was sent out in, this ensures the poster is not damaged during post.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. please contact us informing us of the mistake so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. We must receive all returned items within 14 days of confirmation.

1.) Wrong size of poster ordered. All poster sizes/measurements are shown in each item description/drop down menu to prevent incorrect size choice.

2.) Poor quality personalised images. All images are printed exactly as received. Example, if your image is; Blurry, out of focus or has bad lighting the image will appear like this on your poster.

3.) Any scratches, marks or scuffs as each and every poster is checked before postage.
